Concrete components are supported by movable props. The collar—the threaded part of the prop—is part of it.
The collars are made of high-tensile steel and are galvanized. They may be easily adjusted and are not prone to rust.
Any size prop can be produced upon request. For coarse adjustment,
a steel pin is inserted through a hole in the inner section and a slot in the outer section.
The collar beneath the pin provides the appropriate leveling adjustment.
With very little effort, our nylon wheel rolls extremely smoothly and can support heavy loads. Longer-lasting nylon wheels can withstand heavier loads, absorb shock, resist wear and tearing better, and won’t bald quickly. Because of the chemical makeup of nylon, rollers constructed of this material are effective and trouble-free because its working parts rarely need to be lubricated. They are also more energy-efficient since they are steady and absorb vibrations that the steel rollers do not.
A putlog single coupler is a type of scaffolding coupler designed specifically for connecting putlogs to the ledger (horizontal tube) of a scaffolding structure. In scaffolding terminology, a putlog is a horizontal tube that is placed at right angles to the ledgers and supports the scaffold boards or decking. Couplers are essential components that join various parts of the scaffold, creating a stable and secure structure.
A toe board clamp is a component used in scaffolding systems to secure toe boards in place. Toe boards are horizontal barriers that are installed along the edge of a working platform on scaffolding to prevent objects from falling and to enhance the overall safety of the work area. Toe board clamps play a crucial role in securing these toe boards to the scaffold structure.
